Perry Housing Partnership develops affordable housing opportunities for residents of Perry County, including low-income, disabled, elderly and homeless individuals and families by maintaining existing structures and selectively building to boost the vitality of small town living and conserve open green space.
Perry Housing Partnership provides vital housing services to the local community, including low-income housing assistance and permanent housing for homeless veterans. We collaborate with community partners and property owners to develop affordable housing options and opportunities, ensuring everyone has access to safe and stable living accommodations.
Perry Housing Partnership is proud to be a part of the community we serve! We work collaboratively with community leadership, charitable and faith-based organizations, business leaders and property owners to create affordable housing solutions for the people of our community. By working together, we have been able to provide housing assistance for those in need, beds for the homeless and safe, affordable housing for disabled veterans.
A program to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness or fleeing domestic violence. We assist in linking households with local landlords and provide short-term housing assistance payments and assist households in devloping long-term housing solutions.
Our Veterans Housing Program providing permanent supportive and affordable housing for disabled and homeless vets in our community.
Our low-income housing program that offers safe and affordable housing options for those in the community that qualify.
A seasonal overnight warming center to provide safe shelter and a warm bed for adults in Perry County who are experiencing homelessness.
Quarterly meetings with landlords and other community partners working together to develop better affordable housing options for the communities of Perry County.
PHP continues to work to develop new projects to meet the housing needs of the homeless, the elderly and the veterans of Perry County.
